Beta Terms

For the XAVR beta · Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the XAVR software (“Xavier”) during the beta phase. The beta is aimed at businesses, not consumers. Provider is XAVR LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (see Legal Notice).

2. The service

Xavier is a software assistant that reads connected data sources of a business, analyses them and reports findings. Access to connected sources is strictly read-only. Xavier does not modify data in connected systems and does not perform actions in them.

The beta is provided free of charge and for testing purposes. There is no entitlement to availability, specific features or freedom from errors. Features may change or be removed at any time during the beta.

3. Access

Access to the beta is granted after signup and individual activation. There is no entitlement to participation. Access credentials are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to connect the data sources you link to XAVR and that processing the data they contain through XAVR is permitted. You review Xavier's analyses and findings yourself before basing business decisions on them.

5. Liability

The beta is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the extent permitted by applicable law, XAVR LLC is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. Term and termination

Either side may end participation in the beta at any time without notice. XAVR LLC may discontinue the beta as a whole at any time. After termination, data linked to the account is deleted unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.

7. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
