2. Overview

This website is an informational page about XAVR with the option to sign up for the beta. We do not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so no connection to Google Fonts or other font services takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser information) in server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable).

4. Beta signup

If you sign up for the beta, we store your email address and the time of signup in a database hosted by Supabase Inc. (data stored in the EU, Frankfurt region). We use this data solely to notify you when the beta opens and to provide you with access.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@xavr.ai; we will then delete your email address without undue delay. We do not share your email address with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, content of your message) to handle your request.

6. International data transfers

XAVR LLC is based in the United States. Website hosting takes place on Vercel infrastructure; beta signup data is stored with Supabase in the EU. Where personal data of people in the EU is transferred to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses agreed with our providers.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to the processing of your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority
